RETURN/REFUND POLICIES

Nandan Terry Limited offers returns on items that are delivered without any damages or defects. If a product is incorrectly delivered (wrong SKU instead of the one mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are open to providing a full refund or re-fulfilling your order, subject to the defect being verified.

For damage in transit, please contact our customer care at ecom@nandanterry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer care team will review the issue and provide further instructions.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  1. Within 7 to 15 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order has already been shipped.
  2. Within 7 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation if the order has not been shipped yet.
  3. No refunds will be provided if:
    • The customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
    • There have been multiple failed delivery attempts.
    • The package has been refused by the recipient.
  4. Products not eligible for return or replacement include:
    • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, and any other items originally included.
    • Return shipping costs, unless the product received is defective, are to be borne by the purchaser.

Returning a Gift: If a gift item does not work for you, please email us at ecom@nandanterry.com. All return conditions apply to gift returns as well. Store credit is not provided for returned gifts, but we can offer an exchange for another item.

Cancellation Policies

To cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Partial order cancellations are not possible. In such cases, we recommend canceling the entire order and repurchasing the required quantity.

If you cancel before the product is shipped, Nandan Terry Limited will refund the entire amount after deducting applicable charges, if any. However, if you cancel after the shipment has been made but before receipt of the item, two-way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Nandan Terry Limited reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to stock shortages or other reasons. In such cases, we will inform you via phone, email, or text. Should an order need to be canceled after shipment, the individual vendor's return policy will apply, which may include a return fee in most cases.
